I’ve been behind on my blog writing, but every now and then I see somethin and mean to blog about it.
Soooo. Here is another one of those instances. Anyone who has been to Mattawan, MI surely has been to the famous Chinese resturant, Chinn Chinn owned and operated by John Tsui and his family.
Sam, Bender, and I all worked there for several months after it opened dishwashing and cooking. Since then we’ve always been treated like royalty.
John works his ass off and often will give his customers free appetizers or desserts. It’s no wonder so many people come from Portage and Kalamazoo for his meals. If one arrives around 6 there’s sure to be an hour wait at least.
Anyway here’s the reason I was motivated to post this. I went in with my beloved mother and John hooked us up with this delicious soup with beef medallions.
