ZOMG. Best concert of my life.
Man where to start? Okay. How bout a video:
After watching that video, you can appreciate how vivid and complex the show was. I’ve come to learn, as you should too, to expect nothing less than extrordinary when it comes to show put on by Mr. Kanye West. Yeah, call me a dickrider, but if you’ve ever been to a concert, you know he demands perfection. See Below.
Haaaa. Kanye funny.
Moving stages, explosions, light shows. It was the greatest spectacle since the Glow in the Dark Tour. No openers needed. Just 2.5 hours of hit after hit by the duo, with the crowd following their lead word for word.
This was my first time seeing Jay-Z live. He was superb as well. P.S.A., Big Pimpin’, and Hard Knock Life, were all great. Dope picture below if I do say so myself. *Brushes dirt off shoulder. See what I did there?
One of my favorite performances below. Brought me back to 7th grade after I bought my first Parental Advisory CD. Hard Knock Life Vol. 2. Thanks mom and dad.
And of course I gotta let you all see Kanye’s Jesus Walks Dance. See Below.
I know I’m just posting pictures and videos. But its really the only thing that can do the show any justice
, until YouTube removes them.
The video below is Can’t Tell Me Nothing. Awesome light show. One of my favorite Ye songs. I got a feeling Bendey will appreciate it too.
Well, I should probably get back to paying attention in class. The concert was dope. The show ended with N****s in Paris. They played it at least 3 times. Every time the beat dropped the crowd went nuts (as did I…I may or may not have had a chubby the entire night, either way…) Perfect way to end the perfect show. Well done Ye n Jay. Well done. Thank you.

It dropped at midnight….go get it now on iTunes. Hardcopy drops August 12th.
Stream the whole album HERE now via Hypebeast. I’ve been waiting for this album since 2004. This album is going to be on repeat for awhile.
Sorry roommates. Can’t wait to see them live at the Bank Atlantic Center. I got my tickets, do you have yours? They go on sale in 5 minutes. Also, congrats to Ye and Hov for releasing the album before any leaks. Well done. Now if Ticketmaster would give me my code (free album with ticket purchase), I’d download the album….instead of streaming it. Murrrr.
Here’s tour schedule:

I’m overcome with great sadness to announce that this will be the final Playlistings mixtape to release. Some of you may have noticed that past links have been removed by the RIAA because of copyright infringements. Although the VividUnderground and the DKALife attempt to bring you each day’s newest worry-free tracks that circumnavigate the globe within seconds each day in a legal manner, we can’t guarantee that each track doesn’t slip through the cracks and somehow inevitably prevents a multi-millionaire from making that down payment on a Bentley covered in gold (Bender is a little salty haha. I blame the record labels more than the artists themselves, since its normally the artists that are proud to show their new work *G.O.O.D Friday’s for example…one of the reasons I love hiphop is because the artists are constantly putting out great material…record label or not. In today’s world, you don’t really NEED a record label to be successful. ie. Cudi’s “Day and Night”, Drake’s “Best I Ever Had”. You just have to be good enough to get the attention of other artists and bloggers..and well, people)
I wouldn’t say there will NEVER be another Playlistings…but we’re definitely going to take a break. So enjoy it. Its been a pleasure.

Autumn is beginning and I don’t even notice any difference. Everyday its 82 and sunny here. Sigh, I miss home sometimes…then I could at least blame my moods on the weather. Bendey dropped this cover art and it just added salt to the wound….thanks Bendey…haha. Never the less Playlistings 9 has dropped in appropriate fashion. Just in the middle of football season. Once the color fades and you’re all blinded by white everyday, don’t be afraid to show your face down here. I’ll accept you with open arms.
