This friday, Micah and I escaped the monotony of PA school and checked out this masssssive art show.  It was a visual mind-f— explosion.  Below are a couple of my favorites.

The DKA Life x Warhol x A-rod

… I really wished I would have had more time to spend at the exhibit.  To really appreciate all of it and give each piece some thought would take days.  After spending 4 hours walking around I was mentally exhausted and hadn’t even scratched the surface.

I got to see some Warhol, Picasso, Lichtenstein, Murakami…and a handful of other artists I’m too naive to know.  The people…well of course it was full of hipsters, snobs, and the absurdley rich.  The cheapest piece of art I saw there was 30k.  Some ranged in the millions.  But after a glass of wine, we were chatting it up with Miami’s finest…..  not really.

This was only one event.  There were concerts and parties scattered throughout the week and all over town.  I would have really liked to have gone to the KAWS book signing or the LCD Soundsystem concert…oh well, there’s always next year.
